About the course
Excellent buoyancy control is what typifies an experienced diver. You’ve probably seen them underwater. They float effortlessly, consuming less air and rising, descending or hovering almost as if in thought. They view aquatic life without disturbing their surroundings. You, too, can achieve this. The SDI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course improves your trim skills learned as a new diver and takes them to the next level.
SDI (Junior) Open Water or above who are at least 12 years old may participate in the Peak Performance Buoyancy course.
