Tourist visa
You can buy a visa at Hurghada airport.
It is best to do this at 1 of the 3 bank counters, located to the right of passport control.
Indicative visa price: €25,- p.p. (subject to change) please note cash. You can also purchase this in advance online at visa2Egypt.gov.eg.

The front desk in the hotel is staffed 24/7, should you have any problems or need anything you can always go there.
Beach Towels Service
At the reception you obtain a towel card.
In the morning you can receive your beach towel with this card and return it there in the evening.
Fresh ones will be waiting for you every morning.

We recommend using the safe for your valuables.

There is WIFI in the restaurant, reception and beach bar.
There is no WIFI in the rooms, but an internet SIM card can be ordered from reception.

Upon leaving the pool, beach bar and/or restaurant, we ask that you check and sign your bill.
